Emmanuel Anglican Church in the West Village is a community of Christians committed to glorifying God, glorifying in God, and serving the city through our worship together, our life together, and our gospel mission. With joy and with full support, Emmanuel Anglican Church was recently formed (January 2016) out of the ministry of Christ Church New York City, our sister parish on the UES. The church's congregation reflects the gorgeous diversity of the broader NYC population, with folks of many different ages, backgrounds, and countries of origin in our community. We are affiliated with the wider global Anglican Communion through oversight from Bishop Julian Dobbs as part of the Convocation of Anglicans in North America, a diocese of the Anglican Church of North America.
