St. Mary & St. Ann Chapel Community is a hybrid ministry in Mid Missouri. We are a mission within the Diocese of Quincy serving Fulton, MO & St. Charles, MO and the surrounding areas. We mainly focus on chaplaincy, sacramental care and outreach. We also meet once a month, or on major feast days, in person for worship. The other Sundays we worship online.
